I picked up a letter at the post office on Friday afternoon, September 25th from The Town of Epping which is self-explanatory. (See below.) It’s dated September 15th, but wasn’t mailed until September 23rd. Although the Town seems to make it clear that this very short-term usage at such slight elevations of arsenic should not pose any risk to any Townspeople, I’m choosing to act with an abundance of caution. In response to the slightly elevated arsenic levels in the town water, the Hogarth children will consume only bottled water until the situation is remedied in early December after the new well goes into production. If you have any questions, I suggest you contact the Public Works office at the number listed in the letter.
